The Tiffany & Co. brand is ubiquitous with style and grace. Our challenge was to assist an iconic brand in connecting and opening a dialogue with new and existing consumers on social platforms and then leveraging paid, earned and owned media to increase in-store sales.  At the onset of our relationship, the only social network which they had activated was Facebook, and at a worldwide level rather that being region/country specific. M8 recognized the opportunity to optimize their relationships with users by migrating fans from their existing page to a platform that could better address consumers cultural and language needs. One of the first steps and solutions was to implement a Facebook Global Pages approach. This was only the beginning. Once implemented, the challenge for activation, engagement and growth was ignited.

Over 900,000 new Facebook fans registered.
Social campaigns brought 720K new page likes.
Over 4MM likes and 100K comments on Facebook.
The Instagram account created more than 23,000 followers.


The highly successful migration of Latin American fans to unified Facebook Global Pages brought relevancy, efficiency and an effective personalized approach to the many unique consumer needs in the region. It also allowed the identification of more than 200,000+ fans from the region and a subsequent growth to this community of more than 1 million in the first 9 months of our agency/client partnership.
