The lap of Luxury in Latin America.
The Tiffany & Co. brand is ubiquitous with style and grace. Our challenge was to assist an iconic brand in connecting and opening a dialogue with new and existing consumers on social platforms and then leveraging paid, earned and owned media to increase in-store sales. At the onset of our relationship, the only social network which they had activated was Facebook, and at a worldwide level rather that being region/country specific. M8 recognized the opportunity to optimize their relationships with users by migrating fans from their existing page to a platform that could better address consumers cultural and language needs. One of the first steps and solutions was to implement a Facebook Global Pages approach. This was only the beginning. Once implemented, the challenge for activation, engagement and growth was ignited.
