You are: Bilingual (Spanish Native or Business Conversational) / English (Business Conversational / Advanced)

Past experience: Media Planning / Accounting global or regional Media Clients /Performance Analysis / DSP Trading

Skilllset: Google Analytics certified (mid level)/ Office Suite - excel (pro-level) / DMP (mid-level)/ GTM (mid-level) / DSP (mid-level)/ / Campaign Manager (Amateur)

Job Description: Media Managers will support the briefing, activation and optimization process of campaigns to achieve target goals; and will help project managing Paid media initiatives to accelerate test and learn plans.

Tasks: • Regional Daily Stand Up attendance. • Weekly Regional Status. • Regional Monthly Presentations. • Market Status Attendance. • Debrief process to Carat Local. • Project planning for activation with local Carat and Hub team members (checklist checker). • Media Planning recommendations to find most efficient mix of inventory and buying models. • Audience Management briefing and recommendation to market. • RFI building for regional / global partners. • Lead market performance committee. • Jira communication management. • SLAs process guardian. • Market organic growth opportunity decks (1 per quarter.)


  • Enthusiastic about advertising and driven to consistently deliver top-notch work.
  • Previous experience working in an advertising agency
  • Solid quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team, handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
