You know the difference between on point and flat, lifeless writing. You’ve lived. And from your colorful life experience you draw innate truths about the human condition, but present them in simple, crystal clear copy. You’re a versatile artist and master of the written word.

The Sr. Copywriter is intuitive. Being such, you’re capable of knowing when to follow and when to lead. You play well with others and are always eager to learn. You’re keen on everything digital and stay up-to-date on social trends. On any given day you might mentor a junior copywriter, or find yourself on set. You’re a critical thinker, comfortable expressing campaign ideas through multiple platforms on and offline—not only engaging viewers, but generating measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and ensure the quality of concepts and work produced in collaboration with Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers and other teams. Participate in cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative concepts and strategies.
  • Interpret briefs, strategize and brainstorm, map ecosystems and interact with an extended team for campaign development.
  • Prepare and present concepts.
  • Develop, maintain and refine campaigns that bridge offline, digital display, social and mobile.

Requirements

  • 4+ years copywriting for advertising.
  • Knowledge of information architecture, design and UX for desktop and mobile as it pertains to effective copy. Must understand the content challenges due to adaptive, responsive and fluid design.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
