Designer

Córdoba, Argentina

We are seeking an ambitious, bright, creative thinker, team player and high-spirited individual to join our creative team in Cordoba’s office.

Our expectation is for you to be able not only to generate killer ideas, but also to bring to life from the smallest typographic detail to the deepest UX challenge. Not in a flashy, look- how-real-this-looks sort of way, but in a highly conceptual, extremely usable, elegant and smart way.

We are looking for strong conceptual thinkers that understand strategy and can get inside the user’s head to make every design element work toward a common cause; a clear objective. You have to not only be able to contribute to developing great ideas, but also make them come to life.

The right candidate is a designer with somewhere around 2-5 years experience. If you have less, you better be a great learner and prove as much. If you have more, that’s OK too. At the end of the day it is not so much about your time in the business, as it is your skill in thinking and using the tools of the trade.

Key skills:

  • Enjoy working with others and sharing ownership of ideas
  • Understand and be a champion of client brand guidelines
  • Be able to communicate concepts with a simple pencil, marker or tablet sketch – scribbles that say one thousand words
  • Understand the difference between a concept and an execution
  • Be a master of the Adobe Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator especially
  • Know advanced levels of Flash animation, and enjoy doing it
  • Have solid skills in design and UX for desktop and mobile, and understand the challenges of adaptive, responsive and fluid design
  • Great attention to detail and flexibility in receiving feedback from others
  • Have the same willingness to learn as you do to teach, know when to lead and when to follow
  • Working knowledge of English, fluent would be great, but not a deal breaker
