The Copywriter is responsible for creating concepts and writing copy for
mainly digital campaigns. The Copywriter will collaborate closely with
members of different departments including account management, strategy,
and media.




  • Work with creative team or independently to develop concepts for
    integrated campaigns
  • Create and write digital ads
  • Writer must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
  • Research client competitors to better understand their communication strategy understand and key messages
  • Craft messages that are clear, accurate and enticing, and most of all, that follow agreed-upon strategy
  • Articulate ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Execute with efficiency and competence throughout all phases of a project, anticipating and trouble-shooting as conflicts arise
  • Maintain consistency of idea and tone across media from original concept through final release.
  • Deliver projects on time




  • 3-5+ years creative copywriting within an advertising agency.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English essential, Portuguese a plus.
  • Excellent communication and concepting skills
  • Experience on a consumer package goods account
  • Ability to think across all platforms of communication
  • Must have experience on TVC and digital, other platforms a plus
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to both internal team members and clients.
